Singapore – May 10, 2022 – The Water & Wastewater Authority of Wilson County, TN (WWAWC) is interested to testbed TeamSolve’s artificially intelligent virtual assistant for water utility applications. WWAWC is interested to explore how this virtual assistant can help in documenting operators know how and transferring this institutional knowledge to new employees. WWAWC is also interested to see how this tool can help with automating response to critical events while reducing response time and minimizing human error.
