Michael Allen is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of TeamSolve. He leads technology development and solution engineering with a background in data analytics, machine learning and hardware-software integration in large-scale real-time network solutions. 

Prior to TeamSolve, Michael worked at Xylem Inc., a leading American water technology provider, as the director for Hardware and Firmware within Xylem’s Digital Solutions group. Michael was also the Co-Founder of Visenti, a Singapore-based smart water analytics start-up acquired by Xylem in 2016.

Michael holds a PhD in Computer Science from Coventry University, UK.
